Leading global law firm seeking 2017-2019 JD year associate to join its real estate practice. Associates work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate, real estate M & A, private equity transactions, loan financings, joint ventures, leasing, restructuring, fund formation and development. Associates will conduct due diligence and risk assessments, as well as mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
Qualifications: California State Bar license, strong academics, proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines. 2017-2019 JD from accredited law school, minimum 6 years' experience in complex real estate transactions.
