The ideal candidate will partner with Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Project Executive to address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This must be a hands-on-professional, with a stable work history and experience managing subcontractors , quality control, and maintaining project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience working for a GC building (high-end restaurants)
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
- Develop and uphold a realistic project schedule, keeping subcontractors informed and aligned with milestones
- Regularly update daily logs, change orders, and maintain a clear organization of project documents in scope
- Schedule final inspections, ensure completion of punch list, a prepare for project
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of proven tract record as a Superintendent for GC-led high-end restaurant projects
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
