Operational Financial Analyst
Are you analytical minded, and a strategy-driven individual with a passion for measuring key performance indicators to drive marketing campaigns and increase profitability? Singer Wealth, a Boca Raton, FL, based Wealth Management firm is seeking an experienced operational financial analyst to work closely with our creative marketing team and president. This individual will be responsible for analyzing data from our different marketing lead generation sources and identifying opportunities and efficiencies with the goal of increasing result ratios, sales and profitability. This position will also help ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate superb financial analysis and analytical skills. We are seeking an individual who can plan, execute, and iterate campaigns to drive engagement, quality leads, and qualified opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
· 2 - 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role
· Industry knowledge is a plus
· Experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new software quickly
· Experience with a CRM for workflow & campaign management, documentation of calls, follow-up, activities, & calendaring.
Position Responsibilities:
· Gather data and configure reports to support various lead generation sources
· Results tracking using excel & CRM to monitor & analyze results of various marketing ventures & closing ratios – comparing results over different time periods
· Measure ROI of all passive & active marketing sources
· Advise on KPIs for key operational and profitability improvement initiatives with the Executive Team and Advisory Team
· Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
· Development of goals/projections within the lead generations & conversion ratios to meet and exceed industry standards
· Oversight of marketing budget; track and categorize costs to help analyze and initiate cost saving directives
· Oversight of Marketing Coordinators and appt setter to ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns & follow through of drip lead process & procedures
· Communicate with the executive team, on a regular basis, to ensure direct marketing efforts are delivering required results
· Recommend website and campaign optimizations

HOURS/Location: Full Time Position, in-office, with hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm
Compensation Range
· $70-100K/per year
