Role: OpenText Exstream Tech Lead
Location: PA (Day-01 Onsite)
Job Description:
- Participate in Requirement Analysis and effort estimation for OpenText Exstream PRINT development work
- Work closely with the PRINT core admin team to bring process and technical improvements to the Life and Annuity PRINT applications
- Develop and maintain the OpenText Exstream applications
- Work actively with the Quality assurance team and provide inputs based on the observations/defects logged by them
- Collaborate with multiple applications within and outside the portfolio for ensuring an integrated end to end delivery
- Assign work and coordinate delivery with the offshore team
- Accurately report Project status in daily/weekly and monthly reports
Mandatory Technical Skills:
OpenText Exstream Version 8 or later versions
Software Change Management – currently CA Harvest Software Change Manager Workbench release 12.5.0.157
Debugging Skills
Mandatory Soft Skills
Excellent Analytical skills
Ability to Lead teams in an Onsite-offshore model
Positive Attitude
Good to Have:
Delphi/VB Programming experience
Track record of collaborating with Business teams
