As the Program Manager, you’ll lead the ICMS Teams across housing sites, ensuring the delivery of trauma-informed care and harm reduction services. You'll coordinate crisis management, oversee case management, and maintain collaboration with property managers, community partners, and DHS staff to meet program goals and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide clinical oversight to Case Managers.
- Lead weekly team meetings focused on trauma-informed care and harm reduction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop creative interventions.
- Manage client crises, including psychiatric assessments and hospitalizations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data collection through regular audits and reviews.
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
- Assist in client enrollment, assessments, and linkage to services, including housing and healthcare.
- Hire, train, and support ICMS staff to uphold agency policies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- MSW, MFT, LPCC, or PsyD registered with CA BBS (supervision hours available).
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience working with the homeless population, especially those facing mental illness or substance use challenges.
- A minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to work in a high-tolerance, harm-reduction environment with clients facing multiple barriers.
- Valid driver's license and ability to be on-call 24/7.
