Job Summary:
Join our team as a Project Coordinator and play a crucial role in driving our company's success. This is a hybrid position. You will handle project management and administrative tasks while collaborating closely with department leaders to optimize processes and facilitate the department's growth as we expand our operations.
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Restoration, Abatement, Plumbing, Real Estate, Construction, or related industry. More experience the better.
- Open to learn and take feedback.
- Highly responsible, excellent organization and time management skills.
- Great communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Spanish is a plus but not required.
Work includes but is not limited to:
- Effectively communicating project updates to stakeholders through incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
- Planning and scheduling job walks for our field team with potential clients
- Ensuring the accuracy and currency of information in our management software.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Drafting professional correspondences and other necessary documentation
