Our client, a ~$600M private equity owned specialty equipment manufacturer with production facilities around the world, seeks a world-class CEO to help drive the company's continued growth through both organic and acquisitive means. The company has a rich heritage and a number of market-leading brands under its umbrella. We seek an accomplished P&L leader with a proven record of driving profitable growth in a complex, high-SKU, multi-branded B2B manufactured products setting. The successful CEO will ideally have spent foundational years in a world-class Fortune 500 'academy' setting, in a combination of Operations and large ($1B+) P&L leadership assignments, in addition to having an established record of leading the successful growth of a smaller, more entrepreneurial organization. International experience is important, as is a demonstrable record of managing a portfolio of brands. Prior success as evidenced by measurable value creation in a private equity owned environment is a distinct plus. World-class leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a passion for cultivating high-performance, yet "humble and hungry" cultures predicated on integrity, quality, collaboration and a relentless pursuit of excellence. The successful CEO will be able to travel internationally with some regularity, and will be equally comfortable "on the shop floor", in front of customers, and in the Boardroom.
