Join a pioneering aerospace team as a Quality Manager, driving excellence in component manufacturing! This role offers the opportunity to oversee quality standards across every stage of production, ensuring our components meet rigorous aerospace specifications and stand up to customer expectations.
As a Quality Manager, you’ll work closely with customer engineering and quality assurance teams, designing verification models, testing procedures, and quality inspection systems that validate both process and product conformity. This is a hands-on position requiring a solid command of non-traditional machining techniques and a passion for precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion ISO 9000:2000, AS9100, and NADCAP standards, including document management and adherence.
- Audit and improve inspection processes, ensuring consistency from raw materials to finished components.
- Analyze quality feedback, resolve non-conformances, and implement corrective action plans.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and testing procedures to guarantee top-notch quality.
- Train and mentor Quality Engineers on process control, documentation, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering; Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
- 2+ years in aerospace quality, with expertise in CMMs and precision measurement tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in quality management software and effective communication.
