Only interested in candidates that have printer support beyond troubleshooting. Need to be able to diagnose a printer, remove/replace parts, fix printers without training. Need experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Delivery and installation of printer supplies, maintains, repairs equipment.
- Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
- Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company representatives to coordinate product solution.
Education & Training
- 2-5 of PRINTER experience is required. (break-fix type work not basic troubleshooting)
- Strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent driving record.
- Valid IN driver’s license.
- Reliable Transportation Required
- Sound administrative & computer skills.
- Microsoft Office Suites is Desirable
