Key Responsibilities:
Operations / Transaction Management
- Work closely with Thompson Group advisors to manage the underwriting, marketing, due diligence, and closing processes for multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Interface with clients, building owners, property managers, title representatives, lenders, and real estate brokers.
- Under the supervision of a licensed real estate professional, prepare legal documents, including but not limited to Colorado Division of Real Estate Forms, Listing Agreements, Contracts, Addendums, and Letters of Intent. (Tasks that require a real estate license will be performed by licensed individuals.)
- Track and manage all closing documents using a transaction checklist to ensure proper communication and documentation continuity.
Marketing
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to monitor listings, proposals, lease/sales comparables, property valuations, and sold deals.
- Maintain current information on listing websites (MLS, LoopNet, etc.).
- Create, revise, and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, proposals, submarket updates, and market analyses.
- Coordinate and manage mailings, email broadcasts, and listing updates.
Asset Management
- Work closely with general partners to oversee a portfolio of private equity and real estate investments.
- Prepare and package reports for investors and limited partners.
Position requirements:
- Colorado Real Estate License preferred (License may be required for certain tasks).
- 4+ year college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative, transaction management, and/or real estate industry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite 5 (InDesign and Photoshop).
- Ability to learn and work with technology platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Position benefits:
- Hourly pay or prorated salary: $24,000 to $42,000 annually after bonuses, based on qualifications and experience. The salary range provided reflects the total compensation for part-time employment. Compensation will be adjusted proportionally based on hours worked.
