Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Assistant to help our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Help develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives, driving long-term growth and market positioning.
- Campaign Management: Work with the design team to execution, and management of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels, ensuring impactful and timely delivery.
- Brand Development: Strengthen the company’s brand identity by ensuring consistency and excellence in all communication and marketing materials.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to track industry trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities. Use these insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content across multiple platforms, including web, social media, and email.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget strategically, prioritizing efficiency and high return on investment, and optimize resource allocation as needed.
- Performance Analysis: Use data-driven metrics to measure the success of marketing strategies and campaigns, making data-informed adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Website & Social Media Management: Maintain and update the website with relevant, seasonal content and highlight new products or packaging ideas. Actively manage social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
