Job: UX Operation Manager
Location: Boston, MA – 2 weeks Onsite per Month
Project Length: Ongoing (work order renewed every 6 months based on performance)
- The role is a mix between a project manager and operations manager but with a background in UX Design. They are mostly using Figma and shared workspaces that have become unorganized and a bit out of control.
- They are looking for a project manager or coordinator who has worked on a design team or fintech development team to come in and help them organize and better understand all of the work being done. Extreme attention to detail is needed in this candidate.
The main components of the role:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps and launch plans
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and plugging information vacuums that exist between them
- Practice foresight in understanding which stakeholders need to be connected to achieve product goals
- Continually infuse the voice of users across program decisions
- Remain attuned to the competitive landscape, staying current on research for customer needs and trends
- Support defining project requirements, user stories, success metrics and acceptance criteria
- Help drive a team-wide commitment to the larger product vision at every turn.
