Qualifications
- TS Clearance. SCI a plus
- 15+ years of total experience with background in cyber, IT, or other technical domain
- 5+ years of program management experience with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance of the contract
- 2+ years managing a project with recruiting, resource, funds, EVM, compliance management responsibilities or oversight
- Bachelor's in Technical or Quantitative field. MBA or Master's in Technical or Quantitative field a plus
- PMP or DAWIA Level 3 a plus
- Able to commute to Arlington, VA client site approximately 2-3 days a week
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and evaluate a complex program or project, managing related subprograms or activities.
- Oversee fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources aspects of the program.
- Identify and secure external funding sources to support program initiatives.
- Serve as the main liaison with external partners and represent the program on operational matters.
- Provide daily technical and professional leadership in the area of expertise.
- Manage day-to-day execution of program operations, including staffing, tasking responses, and ensuring task orders are completed as required.
- Ensure compliance with all technical, financial, and contractual requirements.
- Develop and maintain management processes and business systems to meet performance goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for task order execution, authorized to address all matters related to its daily operation.
- Communicate effectively with military officials, managers, and subordinates.
- Serve as the key contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government Program Manager, and senior contractor management.
- Contribute to program efforts in cost management, schedule tracking, contract performance, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance.
- Direct skilled technical resources and report on progress, issues, and problem areas.
- Write and review technical documents to support efficient contract execution.
