Small creditor’s rights firm seeks attorney with 4 –10 years experience in commercial and retail collection litigation. Bankruptcy litigation experience a definite plus. Position requires a hard worker who can handle a file from start to finish, including trial if necessary. Must be able to handle a high volume practice. Superior research, writing and negotiation skills are a must. PA and NJ bars required. PA litigation experience required. Competitive salary and bonus structure.
