- Collaborate with the Global Heads of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Receivables Finance in defining the business strategy and commercial plan for the promotion of SCF and Receivables Finance solutions globally and with specific focus in the US Market.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the SCF and Receivables Finance product catalog, including, among other products: receivables purchase programs with credit enhancements, mass receivables, receivables securitizations, third party SCF platforms, sustainable SCF.
- Originate and execute SCF and Receivables Finance opportunities. Attend client meetings on a recurring basis alongside Industry, Global, Transactional and BEC bankers.
- Receive and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Assist in the presentation of proposals to the necessary committees.
- Review and negotiate legal documentation in collaboration with Legal CIB.
- Contribute to the innovation and development of new solutions to enhance BBVA's Working Capital products catalog. Lead the request for approval of new SCF and RF products or improvements in existing ones in the necessary committees.
- Collaborate with the GTB Monitoring team in the development of procedures for the follow-up and monitoring of Structured Receivables Finance operations, as well as being up to date with the monitoring of already closed operations.
- Measure, monitor and analyze through management tools the income from products generated by client and geography.
- Attend and participate in the organization of specialized forums and meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and sales experience (5+ years) of SCF & Receivables Finance products.
- Expertise in receivables securitizations, capital and accounting will be highly valued.
- High analytical and strong problem solving skills.
- Time management and effective presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with multiple nationalities, teams and environments, to coordinate teams in different time zones and to negotiate in complex situations.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with high business level in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field (+ MBA preferred)

With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
