The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a hybrid Medical Affairs Operations Manager for an exciting pharmaceutical organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform procurement and SAP support
- Verify Medical Education Grant portal for new grant applications and send them to correct individuals
- Schedule Grant Review Committee (GRC) meetings
- Develop HCP agreements
- Liaise with Medical Affairs regional Directors for approval of Fair Market Value (FMV)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical company (preferably Medical Affairs)
- Must have purchase order and invoicing experience
- Must be proficient in SAP
- Familiarity with independent Medical Education Grant management process
- Experience in development of agreements including HCP Agreements
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry Codes and Regulations
Additional Details:
- Hybrid - onsite 50% of the time
- Standard business hours
- Position Type: 12-month contract
- Pay rate range approved: $48-68/hr depending on experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
