Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis, operational support, and strategic insights to drive business initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve financial performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing and ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions, including investments and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting, cost management, and enhancing financial reporting systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly and work with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and special projects as needed.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a related industry.
