We are a fast-growing software development company in the restaurant, hospitality and small business retail industries providing POS and business solutions. We are looking for a high-performing JD-Software Product Assistant/Manager to identifies the customer need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to plan product roadmap based on company plans and industry trends
- Product design and requirements analysis, and monitor the development progress
- Deeply involved in product testing, familiar with every feature and bug, and responsible for product releases, documentation and training
- Monitor product performance and feedback, be responsible for external communication, collect customer requirements and industry trends
- Assist sales and marketing departments to promote order closing and analyze reasons for customer churn
- Work at least 1 day a week with L1/L2 Support, listening to customer complaints firsthand and troubleshooting

Qualifications
- Strong ownership awareness, able to care for and nurture the product as if it were your own child
- Good product and data sense, with a certain business sense, and the ability to accurately judge product demand and industry trends
- Extraordinary logical ability, able to analyze problems in detail and cleverly find verification methods, achieving a logical closed loop
- Strong communication and service skills, both external and internal communication can be accurate, complete, timely and friendly, and very happy to share new knowledge with others,
- If you have software development experience, that will be a plus. You can have a deeper understanding of software engineering and principles and communicate with programmers efficiently.
- Continuous learning ability, curiosity about the industry and technology, enjoy acquiring new knowledge, and the ability to use new knowledge to improve work efficiency
- Possess certain project management capabilities, especially be sensitive to “risks”, and be able to put stakeholders' satisfaction first
- Ability to adapt to multi-tasking mode of operation and switch tasks accurately and without loss
- Product design ability, proficient in using Axure or other tools to quickly make model
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science or software
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
