About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site position located at our distribution center in Linden, New Jersey. The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for primary fulfillment of e-commerce orders, warehouse transfers, receiving inbound inventory, preparing outbound, and operating machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship direct-to-consumer orders and independent wholesale orders from various channels, including Shopify and Faire
- Receive, count, and record inbound shipments
- Prepare outbound palletized shipments
- Conduct recurring cycle counts and inventory adjustments
- Manage and assemble sampling projects
- Cross-train to provide coverage for Production Coordinator
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of warehousing experience, including distribution center, inventory, and transportation.
- Associates degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience with ERP and WMS systems preferred. Knowledge of EDI and Cin7 Core a significant plus
- Previous experience with forklift operation, reach truck, and pallet jack usage required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms, including Word and Excel required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full Time (40 hours/wk), non-exempt (eligible for overtime)
- Compensation: $45,000/yr - $52,000/yr
