LHH is partnering with a law firm in downtown Los Angeles, CA to find a receptionist to join their team full-time. 1-2 years’ experience in an office or law firm environment would be ideal.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls from main line, direct calls, take messages.
• Greet Visitors, maintain professional appearance of receptions area, common areas.
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
• Provide parking validation, and coordinate scheduling use of large and small conference rooms.
• Process incoming documents such as faxes, circulate emails from District courts, Bankruptcy Courts, Appeals courts, mail, etc.
Experience:
• Office experience with phones, printers and copiers.
• Law firm experience preferred.
• Order office supply.
• Administrative support.
Role:
• BA degree is a must.
• 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday in Downtown LA.
