Contract Physical Therapist Job $50 - $55 per hour in Boyerstown, Pennsylvania
Overview:MedAdventures is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in an elementary school setting. If you’re passionate about helping young students improve their physical abilities and achieve greater independence, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to elementary school students.
- Assess and evaluate students’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy programs to enhance motor skills, strength, coordination, and mobility.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
- Monitor and document students’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for physical therapy services.
Qualifications:- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid state PT license.
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
