- Schedule: Mostly 8 hr. days during scheduled cases but taking call during the off hours and weekends
- Call Schedule: nights and weekends

- Supervising Physician Present During Assignment in the Operating Room - Surgeon
- No New Grads
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 days
- Board Certified - Required
- NCCPA Required
- BLS, ACLS Required
- Ohio license, not accepting IMLC - Required
- Covid Vaccinated - Required
