- W2 Contract, 12 Months
- This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Oakbrook Terrace twice per week, remotely twice per week, and in the field once per week.

- The schedule for this position, generally, is 8:00am - 4:00pm (CST).
Overview
The Renewable Energy Advanced Control Telemetry System (REACTS) program is looking for a Senior Project manager with experience in Electric Distribution and/or Electric Transmission & Substation (T&S) experience. This team's primary focus is in "Inside Plant" work. The Senior Project Manager would support the management of HUT installation for the REACTS Program. HUTs have several milestones in their live cycle, and this this resource will be managing 8-10 HUT locations that are in different stages varying from phase 1 engineering, phase 2 engineering, construction, AUX power & fiber connection, validations & inspections, as builds, and closeout.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree and 10+ years of experience as a Project and/or Program Manager.
- PMP Certification.
- Utility and construction experience.
- Experience in substations.
- Familiarity with communication devices, construction methods, risk analysis, understanding project requirements and providing project updates, and understanding of statements of work (SOWs).
- Proven ability to work safely in team environments.
Preferred Skills & Experience
OCC, T&S, and/or distribution experience is appreciated.
