Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team at our Newport Beach office. This role offers the chance to lead the development of innovative Web 3.0 products within a collaborative, high-performance environment. The ideal candidate is a product-focused technologist with a passion for blockchain and Web 3.0 who thrives at the intersection of innovation, technology, and real-world applications.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the full product development lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap development to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring products meet both customer needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to drive product vision, define priorities, and align development efforts.
• Conduct thorough market research to assess industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements, shaping product strategy and positioning.
• Develop and manage a strategic product roadmap, aligning closely with organizational goals and cross-departmental priorities.
• Define and communicate detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
• Gather and integrate stakeholder feedback throughout the product lifecycle to optimize feature design and user experience.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge product success and leverage data-driven insights for ongoing improvements.
• Stay informed on industry developments and emerging technologies, consistently exploring innovative opportunities within the Web 3.0 space.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success in product management within the software development or Web 3.0 sectors.
• Proven experience launching and managing successful products throughout their lifecycle, especially in blockchain or Web 3.0 domains.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with the skill to build consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with 0-to-1 product development, with a balanced approach to delivering quick wins and long-term value.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, with a willingness to embrace ambiguity and growth opportunities.
