About the Role - The Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for all recruitment and employment initiatives supporting all non-physician positions within Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH), including planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating recruitment strategies and employment functions to support the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Set the strategy and execution of all recruitment and employment initiatives for non-physician positions at TMH.
- Work with the CHRO to transform the HR function into a leading practice.
- Focus on team development.
- Expand outreach channels to build the talent pipeline.
- Streamline recruitment processes.
- Meet key performance indicators.
- Partner for transformational change management activities.
- Adopt new technologies for HRIS (Infor) in 2024 and electronic health record (Epic) in 2025.
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of related work experience, including interviewing, sourcing, measurements, is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.
- One or more of the following credentials is preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
