Compensation: $87.4k-$110.2k Total Comp (Base/Bonus)

What We’re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate has 4+ years of financial analysis experience (manufacturing experience is a plus!)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Financial modeling and experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Strong Excel skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes through partnering with organizational and department leaders
- Provide detailed variance analysis and explanations of variances for senior leadership; Work with department leaders to generate explanations
- Assemble and provide financial analysis of company’s financial data including budgets and forecasts
- Provide detail trend analysis to senior leaders to use in strategic planning
- Communicate potential process improvement initiatives as you see fit
- Handle ad-hoc projects in a timely manner
