Title: Project Account Manager/Director (title DOE)
Pay: $80-100k (pay DOE + bonus potential)
Location: West Valley
Work Schedule: On-site, M-F

The Project Account Manager/Director will be responsible for growing new and existing client relationships, as well as ensuring their goals and projects/campaigns are being executed flawlessly. Project Account Manager/Director Responsibilities & Skillsets:
- Comfortable and confident serving as main point of contact for roster of clients - building those relationships while also serving as a consultative partner in helping them to achieve their goals
- Work collaboratively with internal peers/departments and management
- Tailor custom road map for each client and unique project, ensuring scope of project is accurate and agreed upon prior to delivering to design team
- Clearly communicate client goals and project deliverables to design team and project manager
- Experience in creative project and account management - working with marketing leaders on the execution of custom exhibits, trade show materials, large-format print projects, commercial design projects and much more!
- Define and report on KPIs and other measurable goals
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and thrive working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Project Account Manager/Director Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience working in a client facing role that is heavily focused on project management
- Experience working agency side or in the events services/trade show industry
- Hands-on experience working with various project management tools
- Experience working in a client-facing position - strategy + strong communication
- Great sense of humor and desire to work hard and play hard!
