The Client Onboarding Analyst will be responsible for providing operational support to clients of our Broker Dealer firm. They will work closely with clients, partners, and relationship managers to assist with account opening and maintenance, resolve issues related to account access and account information, and ensure that the client is satisfied with the service provided. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with account opening and maintenance process and documentation requirements
- Analysis of corporate documents from Offshore entities
- Analysis and approval of relationships in accordance with current regulations and internal procedures
- Respond to client inquiries and requests related to account access and account information
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account access and account information
- Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience
- Provide analysis and reporting to management on customer service metrics and trends
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Technical background in software or hardware support is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field is preferred
- FINRA licenses or certifications is a plus
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
