Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand-building initiatives and orchestrate viral campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a deep understanding of immersive event marketing and a proven ability to generate buzz that resonates with affluent audiences. You will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that amplify RASA's unique brand identity, drive ticket sales, and create a profound sense of anticipation and FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) for our events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Development:
- Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that embody RASA's ethos and engage our target demographic.
- Develop narratives and storylines that enhance the guest journey and event experience.
- Campaign Leadership:
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, event themes, and market trends.
- Create viral, shareable content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Content Creation and Curation:
- Oversee the development of compelling visuals and messaging that reflect our event aesthetics
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce reels, stories, posts, and other engaging content that drives audience interaction.
- Data-Driven Analysis:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Leverage insights to optimize organic reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with content creators, designers, event planners, and external agencies to produce innovative marketing assets.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Be able to report and present in a clear manner to C-Level how we are thinking about marketing strategies, report on their progress and be clear on metrics
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to ensure RASA remains at the forefront of experiential marketing / events
- Incorporate new technologies and methodologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in marketing leadership, focusing on brand building and campaign management within experiential events, luxury brands, or the entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of managing full-scale marketing campaigns that resulted in increased brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Creative Expertise:
- Deep understanding of storytelling, narrative development, and visual identity creation.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that align with event themes and resonate with high-end audiences.
- Social Media Proficiency:
- Expertise in leveraging social media algorithms and trends to create viral content.
- Experience with organic growth tactics, influencer partnerships, and paid media strategies tailored to affluent demographics.
- Analytical Skills:
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
- Project Management:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in fast-paced environments requiring adaptability and quick decision-making.
- Communication and Leadership:

- Educational Background:
