Show up to work ready and focused to do everything a server is asked to do, including: seating guests, serving guests drinks and food, being attentive to the tables, doing side work properly, and generally taking the job serious and showing you care about the restaurant.
Responsibilities
Show up to all shifts as expected. Be present and focused on your job. Listen well and progress towards being a complete server with a good personality that creates regulars for the restaurant. We are flexible with scheduling, but once the schedule is made, you are expected to show up to when you agreed to show up.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications, but we want someone determined and interested in staying here for mid to long term. Full time and part time available. Good communication is essential.
