Trademark Associate

This position pays: $36 - $41
Location: Marin County, Ca
What you will be doing:
- Conducting preliminary trademark searches (training provided)
- Conducting comprehensive trademark searches and analyses to assess availability and risk.
- Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on trademark strategy and enforcement.
- Keeping abreast of changes in trademark law and industry trends.
- Assisting with administrative systems and processes
- Performing additional duties as assigned
What you bring:
- BA/BS degree highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
- Experience utilizing Core Search
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
- Familiarity with trademark law and screening is a plus
