We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect with Hands-on development with Banking Domain experience. Key Skills being excellent communication skill, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices and Kafka.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and development oversight to teams of Software Engineers/Analysts
- Ensure application design adheres to the appropriate architectural and design patterns in the systems
- Develop key software components, and use your code as a teaching tool across the team for patterns and techniques
- Host sessions for design and code review for stakeholders across the business
- Improve engineering standards and process to improve team capabilities and efficiency
Requirements:
You are:
- 12+ years’ experience in Java J2ee development
- Can lead, architect and design new apps and work with team to modernize the tech stack.
- Experience of designing and standing up brand new microservices based architecture, Java, open shift container platform, Kafka, experience of Pega workflows.
- Must have 5 years’ experience as a Java/J2ee Architect
- Hands-on with Springboot, Microservices, Core Java and API experience
- Strong familiarity of formal design and SDLC methodologies, in particular Agile/SAFe
- Significant experience of designing solutions in distributed highly resilient environments.
- Significant experience of integrating enterprise application solutions.
- Must have excellent communication skill
