Key Account Manager
The ideal candidate is a Bilingual English/ Spanish passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders, territory Managers and field sales partners
- Provide expert knowledge in medical and surgical products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Qualifications
- 3+ years' of relevant work experience in inside sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical supplies sector.
- Fluency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
