Sales Administration / Operations Manager at CG Mobile America LLC
CG Mobile America LLC, a global leader in mobile accessories design and manufacturing, is seeking a Sales Administration Manager to join our team in North Miami Beach, Florida. We partner with world-renowned fashion, lifestyle, and automotive brands to create and distribute licensed mobile, tablet, and computer accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, organizing shipments and coordinating with carriers, customers, and suppliers.
- Handle inventory management, including imports from Asia and customs clearance with Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers.
- Manage disputes, billing, and reporting through dashboards and tracking systems.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, process high volumes of product orders, and handle logistics and transportation.
- Utilize Excel expertise (Vlookup, Pivot Table)
- Support sales and marketing activities and assist the team in reaching sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- College education Bachelor degree or higher
- 3 years of experience in sales administration, operations or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with EDI. Knowledge of ODOO ERP is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English, French is a strong advantage, Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently.

- Location: 3323 NE 163rd Street, North Miami Beach, Florida 33160
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
