MEP Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects within the residential and apartment sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP engineering and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of MEP projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Utilize 3D modeling and Revit software to develop and refine project plans.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and provide regular updates.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to design specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in MEP projects.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and Revit software.
- Experience with Procore or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
