Define, deploy, and manage all phases of the enterprise hardware IT Asset Management (ITAM) process, including financial responsibility, reporting and asset allocation. Manage agreements and relationships with vendors as well as ensure the enterprise is equipped with appropriate hardware to fit the needs of associates.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain automated IT asset inventory capabilities
- Manage agreements for leased hardware assets
- Manage financial reporting for Capital and Operational lease portfolios
- Perform data analysis to identify data inaccuracies utilizing tools to drive data stabilization in the AMDB
- Deliver weekly / monthly reporting on costs associated with deployed and at rest assets
- Utilize tools to ensure allocations of deployed assets are applied appropriately to the business
- Develop and implement asset management processes and procedures for enterprise
- Identify, define, and deploy best practices for enterprise ITAM
- Coordinate lifecycle, procurement, maintenance and decommissioning of IT asset records
- Coordinate warranties and service agreements
- Define standards and ensure guidelines and controls are maintained
- Perform audits and regular inventory reviews
- Build and maintain relationships with selected hardware vendors and lessors
- Generate IT hardware asset reports to assist management in forecasting hardware needs
- Work with other departments to ensure project hardware needs are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical field or project management preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in IT asset management
- Experience with multi-location coordination of technical resources
- Experience managing leased assets
- ServiceNow ITAM module experience preferred
- Certifications/Licenses –ITIL Certification, ITAM, CITAM, CHAMP industry certifications preferred
