Lead Salesforce Administrator – Fully Remote Opportunity

About the Role: As the Lead Salesforce Administrator, you’ll take ownership of key features within the Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with the Platform Owner and Delivery Manager. You’ll be responsible for documenting, testing, and rolling out new modules, managing data integrity, case management, user training, and driving overall platform adoption. This client-facing role supports cross-functional teams and reinforces platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Salesforce best practices, aligning platform features with business goals, and drive user adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, create user stories, and document workflows.
- Configure Salesforce with custom objects, fields, permission sets, roles, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage and prioritize the project backlog, ensuring responsiveness to business needs and recurring issues.
- Conduct QA testing, execute data updates, and maintain project tracking tools for real-time task visibility.
- Provide ongoing training and support for end users and admins, creating clear documentation for a seamless user experience.
- Oversee case queue management, data quality, compliance, and troubleshooting.
Your Profile:
- Salesforce certifications, ideally Platform App Builder and Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience supporting the full project lifecycle, from inception to launch, with a history of leading transformative initiatives.
- Proficiency in Salesforce core configuration, Flow, Data Loader, and Excel.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, SFDC Analytics, DevOps, and integrations with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SaaS/subscription-based business models is preferred.

Compensation: $110,000 - $135k,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
