What’s the major objective(s) of the role?
1. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
2. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking (e.g., analyze member data to assess campaign effectiveness; and recommend optimization, establish robust monitoring and tracking systems to ensure outreach efforts meet client expectations and contractual requirements)
What are the MUST HAVE technologies for this position? (Please list must have technologies / technical skills and what the candidate needs to do in order to be considered great at them)
1. People management, with 3-5 years of experience leading a high-performing team (e.g., beyond fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement, candidate should have ability to inspire team to work autonomously, help/guide team to execute on their deliverables and goals)
2. Project management (e.g., ability to juggle multiple priorities/deadlines at one time; lead effective client outreach meetings, presenting program goals, objectives, and status updates with executive presence)
3. Creative thinking / curious mindset (e.g., bring new ways of thinking / executing on tasks to the table; many deliverables are caught in legacy ways of working and haven’t been changed in quite some time; there are efficiencies that can be brought to the table to make work “easier” across the team)
