The ideal candidate for this position will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the organization's growing business needs. The Operations Manager is responsible for keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) across different functions, including technical support, customer support and accounting. Monitors compliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative tasks (e.g. managing inventory). Performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution. Facilitates the local SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process. Coordinates with the manufacturer to minimize risk of back-order and maintain desired safety stock levels. Creates and executes supply chain and sourcing strategies at the manufacturing site which support growth, customer satisfaction, product cost management, forecast accuracy and inventory optimization. Drives communication and alignment between all functions to achieve delivery results and financial objectives.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree required (operations management or business administration is a plus)
