They leverage the value tools to perform the activities necessary to achieve the OP’s expectations of recruiting market share and consulting with the top 20 percent of agents to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions.
They naturally exhibit the KW belief system in their dealings with others. They are learning-based leaders who embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team.
They have at least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience and are in the top 5 percent of their office. They understand basic business, financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how support others in making great business decisions.
What will you do? This is the 20% of the job
● Actively engage and attract productive associates (with market share) through business consulting, disruptive training, and KW technology (recruit and retain)
● Consult productive/top 20% associates to increase productivity and profitability
● Lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with Market Center team
● Ensure execution of disruptive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates’ needs
● Lead and/or partner with MC team to increase associates’ productivity through business consulting
● Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams’ value proposition as it relates to associates’ businesses, goals, and/or needs
● Oversee the ALC (associate leadership council) and ensure ALC growth in productivity and profitability
● Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in partnership with OP
● Ensure market center is profitable, keeping tight fiscal control over operating expenses
● Oversee, actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams Culture

Compensation
Base salary of $75,000 . Potential for health insurance, performance-based bonuses, Profit Share, and other employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of associates, providing guidance and support to achieve store goals.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, cash register functions, and customer transactions.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements
- Keller Willliams real estate sales experience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail or store management.
