Responsibilities:

Process payments for all invoices the Accounts Payable ledger, verify financial data, review invoices to be completed for payment
Perform vendor aging analysis.
Maintain vendor database and required W-9 documentation
Prepare annual 1099 report and journal entries as necessary
Recording deposits both electronically + checks
Billing once monthly for approximately 200 tenants

Experience Preferred:

Bachelors Degree a plus
Experience with Accounting Systems
Strong attention to detail / ability to work independently
