Overview of the role: Human Resources Admin
- Maintain organized filing system HR documents and records
- Assist with time and attendance using ADP Workforce Now; assist employees with using the ADP system
- Conducting new hire orientation, onboarding processes, and other tasks as needed
- Provide assistance with open enrollment
- Gathering data for merit increases and performance reviews
- Assist with recruiting as needed

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
