We are currently hiring for a Social Services Assistant for our Wesley Woods community, located on the Emory Campus in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Social Services Assistant position is Full-time, Monday through Friday, dayshift hours.

Social Services Assistant Qualifications include:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of Two years of Social Services experience required
One year of Social Services experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community required
Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
Genuine passion for working with elders and ability to act as advocate
Builds rapport easily with others
Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
Strong knowledge of elders rights, LTC regulations and Ombudsman program
Great communication skills including attentive listening and interviewing
Ability to foster team work with all departments
Superb documentation skills, experience with Point-Click-Care preferred
Empathetic and caring personality, customer-service focused
