YOUR ROLE

A Digital Production Coordinator at Craft NY is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the development, production and delivery of digital tactics. This includes (but not limited to) HTML5 banners, website builds, emails, image ads and social AR filters. You will develop deep understanding of digital processes and requirements to guide internal and client teams through project lifecycles.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Role-Based

Work directly with client teams to understand the overall business objectives and strategies
Manage developers, designers and quality assurance teams to ensure execution and delivery of various digital deliverables
Proactively balance scope, time, cost, process, risk and quality across all projects
Manage client and partner relationships from inception to launch by conducting regular calls, monitoring and escalating project risks, soliciting client/partner feedback, making modifications to deliverables
Identify and mitigate any issues that can delay the timeline or increase costs of a project
Manage third party vendors or offshore partners as necessary in the delivery of projects, including gathering estimates

REQUIRED SKILLS

0-1+ years experience in digital production
Excellent communication skills
Experience building project plans and/or timelines
Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
Capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
Ability to work independently and in teams
A team player who can take initiative
Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights & weekends on occasion when the project schedule demands
JIRA experience is a plus
Agency experience is a plus

Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 + overtime
