Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives at LifeSci Capital. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team and requires a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Assist with the preparation of materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other key events.
Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Conduct research and compile data for special projects and reports as needed.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the executive team and overall business operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the financial services or life sciences industry.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office technology and equipment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
