The Cardinal Group is seeking a Scheduler to join our team. We are a young and dynamic Construction Management company looking for passionate candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Healthcare, or other technical markets.

Responsibilities of the Scheduler include the following:

Provide scheduling support by building and maintaining project schedules, typically in excess of 2,000 activities
Read construction drawings to assist with development of logic
Work with multiple project teams to maintain schedules for more than one project at a time
Analyze planned vs. actual progress and develop reports for publication to team members and clients
Develop resourced planning, progress measurement, cash flow, and earned value tools and reports
Ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients, design partners, and subcontractors
Establish and maintain trusting and professional relationships with Owners.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or related field
Proficient in CPM scheduling techniques and principles
Proficient in scheduling software, including Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
Experience in Life Science, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or other technical markets is preferred
Strong communication skills, an ability to work in a team environment, and a desire to work with details
