We are thriving thanks to an amazing team at Hugh A Marshall Landscape Contractors, Inc. Because of this we are in need of an outstanding Office Administrator/Bookkeeper. -Operations of the business office, including insurance matters, personnel, office procedures, marketing and advertising initiatives and data entry

-Invoicing and billing

-Customer service experience

-Communicate professionally and courteously to all personnel inside and outside of the company

-Maintain an open mind and be eager to learn company procedures

-Collect data, reports, and information as deemed necessary by the management team

-Aid in maintaining a brisk production schedule

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

-Current QuickBooks desktop and online experience a MUST

-Experience using Microsoft 360, Google, social media platforms, and CRM software programs

-Experience working with a diverse customer and employee base

-High attentions to detail with the ability to multi-task
