What will you do?

Follow up & resolve all guest concerns in a timely & friendly passion.
Ensure gift shop is maintained at all times
Check in / out guest reservations & ensure payment received.
Creating "Daily Affirmations" with events of the day, VIP guests, etc.
Carrying out activities (night audit review, setting up group billing, controlling and placing orders for supplies, cross-departmental communication) required for the smooth functioning of the Front Office.
Assisting the Front Office Manager with any other given tasks, such as scheduling, monthly departmental meetings, purchasing of guest supplies, etc.
Acting as a liaison between upper management and line staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
