Position Title: Area Operations Manager

Department: Post-Construction Cleaning Division

Reports To: Post Construction Division Director

Hours: 7 am – 5 pm (Monday – Friday)

Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 (Based on experience)

Position Overview:

The Area Operations Manager for the Post-Construction Division is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of post-construction cleaning operations within their assigned clients. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality cleaning services, efficient resource management, and excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations of post-construction cleaning projects within the assigned area.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Leadership:

Train and manage a team of supervisors, cleaners, and subcontractors.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.

Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Resource Management:

Coordinate the allocation of labor, equipment, and supplies to meet project requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and client interactions.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Use data and analytics to drive operational improvements and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or construction industry.
Spanish Speaking required.
Strong understanding of post-construction cleaning processes and requirements.
Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
OSHA Certification required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
