Dr. Courtney Plastic Surgery is fastest growing Plastic Surgery Practice and Med Spa in Houston. As the approachable, safe place for patients to feel at home our practice continues to expand with a full Med Spa, OR, surgical team, MA team, marketing team, and Front office admin team. Our practice is leading the industry by combining positive culture and the latest technology in surgical and aesthetic procedures.

Our team is seeking a Content Marketing Lead to join our dynamic, quickly growing team. This individual will be responsible for leading our overall content strategy and execution for the Dr. Courtney Plastic Surgery brand and Med Spa providers.

As a visual storyteller, your role is to build brand trust through great content and concepts. You will be responsible for showcasing patient outcomes , and our team through engaging assets, mediums and platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to support our go-to-market strategy and initiatives across the organization.

Your day to day is to...

Following and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that supports our mission, and overall brand presence (This is created by the Social Media Manager)
Oversee all brand assets and production requirements: emails, deck, social media, paid ads, etc.
Work extremely close with our founder + designers on overall brand direction and presence
Participating in marketing trends & research for ads, emails, website, social media, creators, etc
Manage engagement and answer required dm's and leads
various content needs — working in partnership with our design team
Support integrated marketing needs through clear product, user and sales materials
Contribute to our email marketing program + bi-weekly newsletter through creative and copy
Manage and create posts for Dr. Courtney and providers (Esthetician, and 2 3 injectors) + social media channels in collaboration with the larger marketing team
Write and edit copy for needed brand materials such as email campaigns, website needs, sales enablement materials, etc
Contribute to website assets, visuals, and Before and After Gallery photos
Embody the mission and vision of the brand with an understanding of how and why we do what we do
Filming and capturing the most exciting place to work including surgery footage in the Operating Room

You'll be successful in this role if you have…

2+ years of proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution.
Experience with social media content and management
Understanding of video lighting
Experience following and executing against a cohesive roadmap
Familiarity Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Experience with a camera
